She manages the daily activities of the office and liaise with all external clients, ensuring a professional level of service and support to the team, the President and the General Manager with whom she works closely.

As Happiness Manager, she helps to create a positive and productive work environment and develops initiatives to improve employee satisfaction. She ensures that the company’s culture and values are aligned with its goals.
